If you live in B.C. then you likely have a BC Services Card. It replaced the CareCard in 2013. Sometimes people still call it a CareCard or a Health Card.
Only some people do not have one, such as people new to the province.
Look at the top of your licence and see if it says "Driver's Licence and Services Card."
You will also see your Personal Health Number (PHN) on the back if it's a BC Services Card.
Some people who drive, choose to have their BC Services Card as a separate card. Or if you do not drive, and you're 19 years old or older, then you likely have this card.
Look for a card that looks like this that says "British Columbia Services Card" at the top.

Some people get a card without a photo. For example, people with temporary immigration status, people under 19 or over 75 years old.
